1. Who is responsible?
MQ EUROPE BV, Arnould Nobelstraat 30, box 0405, 3000 Leuven, Belgium; company/VAT number BE 0883.002.183. Contact: sales@mqeurope.com.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies, including local storage, pixels and embedded services, may also access device information. This policy covers these technologies when used on mqeurope.com.
3. Necessary cookies
WordPress and WooCommerce use technical cookies for authentication, security, the shopping basket and the session. Examples include wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, woocommerce_items_in_cart, woocommerce_cart_hash and wp_woocommerce_session_*. Basket cookies generally last for the session; the WooCommerce session normally lasts two days for guests and may last seven days for logged-in customers. Authentication duration depends on the login option. These cookies are used only where the corresponding function is needed. Complianz uses cmplz_* cookies to remember consent choices for up to 180 days.
4. Optional services
Statistics: Google Analytics measures visits; WooCommerce order attribution may record the source of a visit. Marketing and external content: Google tags/Tag Manager, ShareThis and Agile CRM may process browsing identifiers and activity; YouTube is used for embedded videos. Google Fonts supplies fonts and may receive your IP address when requested. Optional storage or access requires prior consent. The services loaded depend on the page and your choices. A visit or scrolling is not consent.
5. Your choices
Use the consent panel to accept all, reject optional cookies or save selected preferences. Necessary functions remain available after rejection. You can change or withdraw consent using the control below or the “Cookie settings” tab. Withdrawal applies to future use and does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand. Some external content may be unavailable until you consent.
6. Duration and third parties
Cookie duration varies by service and configuration. Google Analytics _ga and _ga_* cookies have a default maximum duration of two years; deletion, browser settings and service configuration may shorten this. Other third-party cookies may last for the session or longer according to the provider’s policy. Consult Google, ShareThis and Agile CRM for their processing and retention information.
7. Browser settings and rights
You can also delete cookies or block them in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may affect the basket or login. Deleting consent cookies means that you may be asked to choose again. Our Privacy Policy explains legal bases, recipients, international transfers and your data-protection rights. You may contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
